When you submit the audit request form we collect only what you type into it: your business, your name, a contact address or number, and your description of the problem. Nothing else is taken from you. There is one hidden field on the form which is never shown to you and should always be empty; it exists only to catch automated submissions.
We do not use cookies, analytics, trackers or advertising pixels on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know you visited unless you write to us.
Your submission is used to reply to your enquiry and, if it proceeds, to scope an engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
We do not send marketing to enquirers. There is no list.
Submissions pass through an automation platform we operate, which validates the fields and composes the message, and are then delivered by email to a mailbox controlled by DAELIX AI. Those two processors are the only third parties involved in handling an enquiry, both under contract, and processing takes place in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or under appropriate safeguards.
No language model is used to process the enquiry form. Where a model is used later inside a client engagement, the provider and the jurisdiction of processing are named to that client in advance, and identifying data is withheld from it wherever the work permits.
We never sell your data. We never share it for anyone else's marketing. We never use one client's data to build anything for another.
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, which is the period UK business and tax records are ordinarily kept. Retention for a specific installation is set in writing at the start of it.
Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to bailey@daelixai.com and we will act within one month, usually the same week.
If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first.
Material changes to this notice are recorded and dated rather than quietly replaced.
