DAELIX AI · AI OPERATIONS ARCHITECTURE · UNITED KINGDOM · MMXXVI

Intelligence, given a body.

We already know what these systems can do. You do not have to.

We find where your business is burning human attention on work that should run itself: the unanswered enquiry, the unchased quote, the unkept record. We examine how your operation actually works, decide what should change, and only then build it.

It starts with a written audit. £100, fixed. If there is nothing worth automating, it says so, and that is the end of it.

§ 01 · WHERE IT STARTS · THE WRITTEN AUDIT FIXED FEE · £100

It starts with a written audit of where your business is leaking.

WHAT YOU GET

Every leak named, the evidence for each, and what it is costing you. Six lines per finding. Checkable by you in an afternoon.

WHAT IT COSTS

£100, fixed. Ninety minutes with you, then the analysis. Paid on booking, after the call, and never before you have agreed to it. It is priced so that finding out costs you almost nothing.

IF THERE IS NOTHING

If the audit finds nothing worth automating, it says so, and that is the end of it. No installation is proposed.

REQUEST THE AUDIT READ BY A HUMAN · ANSWERED WITH EVIDENCE
What happens after you write. A person reads it, not a sequence. You get a reply with questions specific to your operation, then a call. If there is a fit, the audit is booked and comes back in writing. If there is not, you are told that instead, and nothing is sold to you.
SEQUENCE
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

Six steps, in this order, every time.

You are never handed a black box. Each step is written down before it is taken, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

01 EXAMINE

We go through the operation itself, not a questionnaire. Where the work starts, what it touches, who it waits on, where it stops.

02 MAP

How work actually moves through your business, as opposed to how the org chart says it does. Every handoff, every queue, every point where a person is doing something a machine should be holding.

03 DETERMINE

What should be automated, what should stay human, and what should simply stop. This is the step most providers skip, and it is the one that decides whether the rest is worth anything.

04 BUILD

The agents, the tools, and the connections into the systems you already use. Bounded to your approved facts. It never invents a price and it never answers outside its remit.

05 VERIFY

Every output checked by something that did not produce it. Nothing self-certifies. Failures report themselves rather than passing quietly.

06 OBSERVE AND REVISE

It runs. You read the record. We correct what the record shows, and autonomy is earned per workflow on recorded evidence, never granted up front.

Most automation fails at step three. It is the only step that cannot be bought.

FIT
WHO THIS IS FOR

For businesses whose operation has outgrown the way it is being run.

The unit is the workflow. The diagnosis is the whole operation. We do not begin with a request to automate a task. We begin by examining how work actually moves through your business: where information enters, where decisions are made, where people repeatedly intervene, where systems fail to speak to each other, where knowledge disappears, and where human attention is consumed by work that no longer requires it.

Only then do we determine what should happen. Some of it should be automated. Some should be augmented. Some should stay human. Some should be redesigned. Some should stop entirely. The machinery is chosen last, and it is chosen to fit that determination rather than the other way round.

CONDITIONS

You may be a fit if your operation contains any of the following.

01  REPETITION

The same work is performed again and again, by someone who has performed it a hundred times before.

02  FRICTION

People move information between systems by hand, or compensate daily for a process that is quietly broken.

03  DEPENDENCY

Critical knowledge, or a routine decision, lives inside one person’s head and nowhere else.

04  LEAKAGE

Enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, records or opportunities disappear in the space between two stages.

05  MANUAL HANDLING

Substantial hours go into producing, reconciling or transferring information rather than deciding anything.

06  FRAGMENTATION

The operation is spread across software that does not properly communicate, and a person is the bridge.

07  ATTENTION DEBT

Your people spend their working hours maintaining processes rather than exercising judgment.

08  UNUSED INTELLIGENCE

You already hold the information and the capability, and have no machinery able to act on either continuously.

SIGNALS

Those conditions usually surface as ordinary complaints. None of these is the problem. Each one is a symptom of a condition above, and the audit exists to find which.

Enquiries arriving faster than anyone can answer them properly

Quotations that go out and are never chased

Scheduling, rebooking and confirmation held in one person’s head

Documents drafted from the same template every single time

Records written up after the fact, or not at all

Handoffs between two systems that a person retypes by hand

Reporting assembled manually at the end of every month

Chasing, reconciliation and follow-up that nobody actually owns

We do not sell you an automation package. We examine the operation, determine where machine agency belongs, build it, install it, verify it, then watch what actually happens and revise. If there is nothing worth automating, we will tell you, and that is the end of it.

§ 02
WHAT WE INSTALL

One anatomy, a thousand hosts.

We turn procedures into machinery: a human habit, converted into an explicit machine process. We find what keeps going wrong, and make it do itself. Correctly. On record.

01RECEPTION

THE VOICE

The enquiry that answers itself. Every message met with a precise, correct reply, in your own voice, at any hour: details captured, booking offered, the conversation logged. It answers only from your approved facts. It never invents a price. And the moment a caller deserves you, it yields: routed to your hands, on your word.

02PURSUIT

THE HAND

The quote that chases itself. Every quote leaves carrying its own follow-up, and the machine does not forget a date. Chased, rebooked, recovered, at any volume, every touch recorded. Nothing leaks out of the week's edges while you are on the job.

03REGISTRY

THE MEMORY

The record that keeps itself. Every action files itself the second it happens: documents drafted, handoffs routed between the systems you already pay for, nothing resting on anyone's recall. Ask what happened on any given Tuesday, and it answers with the line, not a guess.

04INSPECTORATE

THE EYE

The check that never sleeps. Nothing reaches a customer without passing a second system that did not write it. Anything carrying real judgment stops, and comes to you. The log is yours to read, line by line, whenever you doubt it.

THE COMPLEXITY IS OURS. THE SIMPLICITY IS YOURS.

THE ENGAGEMENT
I
THE AUDIT

Before a pound moves, we put in writing where the business is leaking. Every finding carries its evidence.

II
THE INSTALL

As many workflows as the audit demands. Each one proven by hand, then given to the machine. Never the reverse.

III
THE TENANCY

We run what we build. Monitored, verified, reported monthly. Priced per workflow, in the same written quotation as the install. Thirty days' notice, no penalty, in every agreement.

THE PROVING

We run the standard against ourselves first.

Nothing on this page is offered to a client before it has been made to fail here. The work below is our own: a published framework with its falsification conditions stated, internal studies run on our own systems, and a live system that has been running long enough to break. All of it is written up whether or not it flattered us, and the failures are published beside the results.

This is the only section of this site that a competitor cannot copy, because copying it would mean doing the work.

STUDY 001

Psychoanthrofuturism: cognitive reorganisation under algorithmic feedback systems

The founding paper, and the reason this company exists. It sets out a two-part diagnostic framework: the condition, in which optimising systems function as the environment of cognition rather than as an instrument within it, and the mechanism, a closed per-subject loop between measured attention and delivered stimulus operating at a latency no prior medium approached.

Every claim in it is tagged by status: architectural fact, inference from mechanism, or interpretation. It states the three conditions under which it should be abandoned, and it does not weaken them anywhere else in the text. That discipline is the same one applied to every artefact this company produces.

STUDY 002

Ontological determination before medium selection

A generative system was asked to produce an artefact and permitted to return nothing. The question under test: whether a machine given a brief will decide what kind of thing should exist before it decides what to make it in, and whether it will refuse when the honest answer is that no artefact is warranted. Method, transcript and result published in full.

STUDY 003

Composite resemblance, and the gate that came out of it

Study 002 exposed a hole: a system can clear every individual rule and still produce something that, taken whole, is a copy of a thing it was never allowed to copy. The correction is a gate that forces the system to name what its own output resembles, in writing, before the output is permitted to exist, and to record the verdict either way. It is now installed and it is not optional.

STATUS · INSTALLED  ·  ORIGIN · A FAILURE FOUND IN OUR OWN OUTPUT
STANDING TRIAL

An autonomous editorial system, running on schedule since May

In a separate organisation, a multi-agent system researches, writes, publishes and distributes on a fixed schedule with no human in the loop. It is the longest-running instance of this architecture we operate, and it is where the cell was proven before anyone was asked to buy it.

It has also failed, and the failure is the point. For eight consecutive days the system published correctly to the site and silently did not distribute. Every call returned success. The cause was a single stale identifier pointing at a channel that had been retired. It was found by reading the record back rather than trusting the response, and the pipeline now refuses to complete unless distribution is verified on read-back.

THIS IS WHAT LAW 02 LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

We do not promise that nothing will go wrong. We promise that when it does, it is found here, written down, and closed.

§ 06
THE ARGUMENT

Production is solved. Direction is not.

The world has learned to produce intelligence. It has not learned to direct it: governed, bounded, delivered on the right passage into the work. That direction is the difference between a demonstration and an operation.

One workflow closes one leak. A fleet of them closes the operation. The arithmetic favours whoever installs first.

One rule governs everything this company does, in the work we sell and the work we make for ourselves: do not select the intervention before you understand the structure. Most automation fails because somebody chose the tool first and went looking for a problem it fitted. We go the other way round.

Most of what a machine can be asked to do should not be built. The work of this company is deciding what passes, and then putting that to work inside your business: bounded, verified, recorded.

DAELIX · FROM DAEDALUS, FIRST GIVER OF MOTION TO INERT MATTER
§ 07
WHERE WE STAND

Founded 2026.

DAELIX AI is built and run by Bailey Booth, in the United Kingdom. Author of four published books, among them Psychoanthrofuturism: AI and Cortical Accelerationism, the argument this company descends from, and the operator of an autonomous editorial system that has published without a human hand on it since May.

What is published is the standard: the anatomy, the laws, the governance, and the shape of every artefact you would receive. Inspect those. They are the thing that will be held to.

The architecture here was exercised before it was offered. In a separate organisation, a multiple agentic system has been in operation on multiple schedules. It is where the cell was proven before anyone was asked to buy it.

The first installations are priced as first installations, in the written quotation, with the reason stated: you are carrying the risk of being early, and the price reflects it. What you get in exchange is the founder on the work rather than an account manager, and a record of every action taken inside your business.

The size of the business was never the unit.

A sole trader chasing an invoice and a fifty-man firm chasing an invoice are the same operation at different volume. If we can reach your systems, and the person in the room can say yes, the work exists. The audit decides the rest.

This did not begin as a company.
It began as an argument.

Psychoanthrofuturism: AI and Cortical Accelerationism was published before any of this was sold. Two of its findings decide how this company is built. That roles fail under symbolic velocity: strip the substrate that held a role in place and the title keeps circulating with nothing behind it, which is why the unit here is the repeating work and not the job title, and not the size of the firm. And that the real catastrophe is not that machines act, but that judgment gets outsourced: consult the model instead of the person, and the risk of being wrong disappears, and the capacity goes with it.

So execution is delegated here and judgment is not. The body is built with a place where it stops.

The book diagnosed it. The architecture on this page is the construction. The first installation will show whether we are right.

§ 08
DOCTRINE

The future was not distributed.
We distribute it.

We are the vessel that carries the acceleration era into your business. The spirit of this era does not wait for permission, and it does not pause for those it leaves behind. DAELIX exists to deliver the body: to put intelligence to work for you inside an economy that insinuated you should wait.

This company is governed by law, not policy. The laws bind us, not you. They are published so you know exactly what you are dealing with.

LAW 01

Every number comes from inside your business. Every figure we state about your business was measured inside it. Published work may be cited, with its source named. Nothing else counts as evidence.

LAW 02

We promise the record, not perfection. We promise the record: every action logged, every output judged by something that did not produce it.

LAW 03

The work holds the client, not the paperwork. The running arrangement ends on thirty days’ notice, no penalty. Completed installation work is paid on acceptance.

LAW 04

Every price is written before it is agreed. A range in conversation. A binding quotation in writing within twenty-four hours.

LAW 05

If it is not true, it is not said. Misrepresentation ends the engagement, or the employment. First offence.

LAW 06

Judgment stays human. Permanently. Execution is delegated; accountability is not. Autonomy is earned per workflow, on recorded evidence, and revocable in one action. The consequence never leaves this company, and it has a name on it.
